Health coverage for all 159 counties
$100 a month.
$0 deductible.*
One plan, one price, for every Georgian. A line cook in Savannah and a farmer outside Tifton pay the same $100, and both can use their coverage on day one. There's no deductible to pay off first.
Takes about 4 minutes. No Social Security number needed to check.

Our promises In large print, on purpose
Covered means covered.
We approve 97 of every 100 claims on the first review. For the other 3, a Georgia-based human calls you within one business day and files the appeal with you — free. The only things we ever deny are things no health plan covers, like cosmetic surgery, and we'll tell you that before you book, not after.
The price we quote is the price you pay.
Every cost is confirmed before your visit, in writing. If an in-network estimate is ever wrong, we pay the difference. Not you, not later, not after three phone calls.
You make one call. We do the rest.
Records transferred, specialists rebooked, old plan or COBRA cancelled at exactly the right moment. Coming from an employer plan takes about 15 minutes of your time. The paperwork takes hours — ours, not yours.
Insurance, translated
Three words that decide what you really pay.
Most plans look cheap until you get sick. The monthly premium is only part of the cost. These three numbers are where the rest of the bill comes from, and ours are kept low on purpose.
What you pay out of your own pocket before a plan starts sharing costs. A typical Georgia bronze plan sets this above $7,000.
Plain English: With us, coverage works from your first visit. You never pay a deductible.
A flat amount you pay for a specific service, like a doctor's visit or a prescription. You know the price before you walk in.
Plain English: A checkup for your kid's ear infection costs $15. The plan pays the rest.
The most you'll pay for covered, in-network care in a year. After you reach it, the plan pays 100%.
Plain English: Even after a car wreck or a cancer diagnosis, $3,500 is the most you'd pay that year.
A year, itemized
Keisha, 41, Macon.
She's a dental hygienist and doesn't get insurance through work. Last year she bought a bronze plan because it looked affordable. Then she sprained her ankle at her nephew's game.
Here are the same twelve months on both plans.
One year of careBibb Co.
| Item | Typical bronze | One Georgia |
|---|---|---|
| Premiums, 12 months | $4,320 | $1,200 |
| Annual physical | $0 | $0 |
| 2 sick visits (strep, flu) | $310 | $30 |
| Urgent care + ankle X-ray | $425 | $30 |
| Blood pressure Rx, generic ×12 | $168 | $60 |
| Telehealth, 3 visits | $147 | $0 |
| Year total | $5,370 | $1,320 |
On the bronze plan, every visit counted toward a $7,500 deductible, so Keisha paid the full negotiated price each time. Figures shown for a 41-year-old, non-tobacco user without premium tax credits.
